A limited edition giclee print of Hawker Hurricane L2122 UP-L of 605 (County of Warwick) Squadron, which crashed on Battle of Britain Day, 15th September 1940. The pilot R.E. Jones baled out wounded and later recovered to resume flying duties. This print is accompanied by a bound supporting document containing details of the circumstances leading to the loss of the aircraft and the pilot's letters to the artist with a personal detailed account of the combat and the events immediately after.

It is supplied unmounted and individually signed and numbered by the artist. Each print is accompanied by a matching numbered 'Certificate of Authenticity' and being limited to a run of just 22 prints, is highly sought after and collectable.

This high quality print is produced on 483mm x 329mm (19" x 13") Pinnacle Velvet Fine Art 275gsm natural white paper, mould made and 25% cotton. The archival quality paper is acid and lignin free, meeting the highest industry standards. Printed using genuine Canon Lucia PRO pigment ink, providing excellent colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness.
