A framed and double mounted original pencil drawing on acid free heavyweight art paper of an Avro Lancaster and some of her aircrew, presented with replica Kings Crown WW2 RAF pilot's wings and a fragment from the aircraft.

Lancaster W4246 of 57 Squadron RAF Scampton was lost on the night of 6th November 1942 when returning from a bombing mission to Genoa. Running out of fuel, the pilot Flight Sergeant R. Croston gave the order to abandon the aircraft over Southern England. All were saved and the Lancaster crashed near Cowden in Surrey.

The frame measures approximately 550 x 450mm overall.
