All plants purchased are despatched within 48 hours of purchase by 2nd class postage through the Post Office.  If you require alternative delivery options please contact us before purchase

We accept that there are very rare instances where damage will occur in transit.  Should you be one of the very few people affected by this, please ensure you take a photograph of the plants and damage to packaging and forward to us within 24 hours of receipt so we can deal with any such instances.  If we do not receive such notification, then regretably we cannot accept any claims for damage as we have to assume plants arrived in as good a condition as they left our premises
