Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your Contract either before or up to 14 days after the goods are delivered, starting the day after the goods are delivered - this is your statutory "cooling off" period. This must be done in writing, via our e-mail contact form, fax or letter to our contact details. You then have a further 14 days from cancellation to return the goods.

Should You choose to cancel the contract, You must have taken reasonable care of the goods.

When We receive the returned goods, We will inspect them to ensure all goods are there and that You have taken reasonable care of the goods. If We receive goods of which You have not taken reasonable care, We shall charge you a fee equivalent to the reduction in their value. These costs will be deducted from any  refund that is due to You.

In the first 14 day period if You cancel the order You have a further 14 days to return the goods. If You cancel Your order after the first 14 day period the following applies:

Ex-stock goods can be returned up to 28 days from date of purchase.  Goods are only accepted for return if they are in the original packaging and in an unused and undamaged condition. These goods may be    subject to a restocking / handling charge of 5% unless they are being returned under warranty or have been supplied in error. The original carriage charge remains payable unless the goods were supplied in error.

Special order goods cannot be returned for a credit unless authorised. Please contact us via the email   contact form for authorisation. Should We decide to accept the return, a handling charge of 30% will apply.

All goods being returned need a returns number.  This can be obtained via our email contact form or by calling us. Should any goods be returned without this they will not be processed and will be kept for 60 days, after which they will be disposed of at our discretion.

All refunds due will be processed using the original payment method and will be processed as soon as    possible but not later than 30 days after the return is received with a valid returns number.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
