This is all about the dusky blue-green leaves: harvest it by stripping individual leaves off the stalks and it will provide a continual crop for ages. Though the leaves have a flavour similar to kale (with a hint of broccoli), they are tender, with a felt-like texture. Hailing from southern Italy this plant is both cold and heat tolerant.
