Suffolk Raw (Unwashed) Fleece 200g Our Suffolk Fleece comes from a farm local to us just over the border in Dutson in Cornwall. It has a fine to medium texture with a spiral crimp and is lofty and spongy. It has a good shape retention with an average staple length of7 cm (3 inches). It is perfect for hand spinning, spin medium-thick yarn Although there may be some vegetable matter in this fleece it has been picked over and skirted. |
