It is our policy to give 100% satisfaction, any goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received. Providing they are unopened and unused, we will be happy to refund their full cost, excluding return postage costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Lost or damaged goods. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at niniansmith@aol.com within 48 hours. In the case of non delivery, please wait 15 days from date of your order in case it has been delayed. Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver all items within 3 working days from the date of ordering. Items are sent via Royal Mail First Class service. Please expect to receive your items at the time your normail mail arrives, i.e between 8am - 6pm Monday - Saturday.

 

Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the product or service you have ordered please contact us via the email address above. We will do our best to make it right for you.

If you have made a purchase in error please try to get in contact with us as soon as you can, we may be able to cancel the transaction before any items are posted out.

If you do feel the need to contact us please do so within 7 days from the receipt of the item.

We have no strict minimum age policy however if you are under the age of sixteen and would like to purchase any of our items or services please get permission from your parent or guardian before doing so.
