If you wish to cancel any unshipped order please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org; if your order has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full.
If you are not satisfied with any product on arrival you may return it.
If you have any concerns about being able to use our lasers safely after reading the instructions you may return the laser for a refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
(1) Although all stock is checked before shipping occasionally damage occurs in transit. In these circumstances we will replace the defective item. It must be returned in original condition complete with all parts supplied using the most economical recorded shipping method.
(2) If the delivery appears to have been damaged in transit please retain the original packing for a possible claim against the carrier.
We will refund your reasonable return shipping costs based on our shipping charge. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of delivery.
Unwanted Items or Change of Mind
(1) If you decide the item is not what you want on arrival you may return it at your expense and we will accept it back into stock provided it is in the original saleable condition, subject to reasonable inspection.
We will refund the item cost but not the shipping charges. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of delivery.
Exclusions and Limitations
We cannot accept returns for laser diodes if the antistatic packaging has been opened due to their static-sensitive nature.
Items that have been disassembled, modified or abused cannot be returned.
For the quickest service please return goods without contacting us in advance:
- Include the delivery note or a copy so we can trace the original purchase. If this is not possible please provide the Order Number or Sales Record Number on the returns slip provided.
- Note the reason for return and if you prefer a replacement or refund.
- Retain a copy of proof of posting in case of non-delivery.

We will process your refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt.
If a replacement has been requested and is not available to us within 7 days we will contact you to offer a refund or the option of waiting until a replacement is available.
We will refund postage (for faulty goods) at the rate charged for the original order.
