Delivery Charges

There is a postage and packaging charge per item as shown on your shopping cart for the delivery of your goods. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (inclusive).

Delivery Notes

Each parcel contains a delivery advice note, listing items enclosed and explaining if we have been unable to send any of our items. Keep this note until you are sure you are satisfied with everything.

How will it be Delivered?

Items delivered to UK mainland adresses are dispatched by Royal Mail Standard post. 

How long will it take to arrive?

You will receive an email confimation when your order has been dispatched. The order will arrive within 3 working days after confimed dispatch subject to Royal Mail delivery schedules.

Please ensure that somebody is present at the delivery address to accept the delivery, as this may result in your delivery getting delayed.

PLEASE NOTE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED

Order not received after dispatch

If your order has been sent by Royal Mail post, we are obliged to wait 14 days from the date of dispatch before Royal Mail will consider the parcel lost. Please contact Royal Mail if the item is overdue, as they will be able to track items. Larger items unable to fit through your letter box may be held at your local Royal Mail office. Please contact them for adivce.
