CHRIS LYTHE reel no.10 - EARLY (1995)

CHRIS LYTHE, Double perforated 3 ½''early reel (reel number 10). Wide drum, very attractive polished silver finish all round, ivorine handles secured with brass screws, with brass foot and rim lever check operating a 'V' spring check, lovely brass 'Bickerdyke' style line guard, a previously unseen addition on a Lythe reel. Backplate engraved with reel details and very fine red decorative line to the rim perimeter. Usual highest quality materials and workmanship. Made in 1995, it is a very early version of the 'ECLIPSE' Condition is nr. MINT and looks unused with the tiniest miniscule dink to the backplate rim. Very collectable and desirable.
