Visit the Science Zone to learn about why things glow in the dark, and make your own glowing creations! A twist on our fizzy science workshop.

In this workshop children will be exploring and learning about why things glow in the dark! They will learn about the 3 different types of luminescence - fluorescence, chemiluminescence and  bioluminescence. We will do 5 glow in the dark fizzy science activites, having fun with fluorescent paint and they will see an egg glow in the dark! This workshop includes free play in our Dinosaur Den and Sensory Rooms.

This workshop is for children aged 3 years and above. It lasts approximately 50 mins and costs £10.00 inc VAT. This entitles one child with one adult. Additional non participants will be at a cost of £2. The session will start at 10.30 am.
