We have a number of orders that arrive without payment!! This is generally because the customer has attempted to use the Paypal checkout as a 'guest' or by using a credit/debit card instead of their paypal account. We understand that Paypal will only allow this to occur several times before insisting that the customer opens or uses their existing paypal account.
 
Therefore we strongly recommend that anyone who intends to pay from other than the funds in their paypal account  Paypal account use the Worldpay checkout
 
Any orders that arrive without payment will be 'rejected' to allow the customer to resubmit the order using a different payment method
 
 
Refunds and Returns - We try to ensure that every item we dispatch is checked before packaging, is packaged reasonably and sent via a reliable postal service. However if you receive your order and are not satisfied with the goods please inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods to arrange return of the items. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any item returned to us within 14 days or longer if prior arrangement made

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and should be sent back to us via a recorded/signed-for postal service. Upon receipt of the items at Colonel Bills we will issue a refund or offer a suitable replacement
