Conditions:

Tejidospulido.com guarantees correct data processing according to the Organic Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data (LOPD). Data provided consist recorded in a confidential file. Delivery methods:

Orders are prepared for the next 3 working days of the making thereof if all of the same products are available. If issues of stock of some of the products the shipping date is delayed will communicate via email the same delay and a forecast of delivery date.

International shipments:

EEC between 1 and 5 working days, other countries, between 3 and 10 working days. These periods run from the date of shipment * Estimated shipping deadlines, not guaranteed. For shipments within the European Community will have extra charges or customs tax. Other countries outside the EC will depend on the type of product, the value thereof and the customs policy of every country. Tejidospulido.com will not pay tax third countries in any case.

Post:

For shipments to Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla in 3-5 working days.

For shipments to Canarias 8 working days from order picking.

International Shipping: Europe: 8 to 10 working days and other destinations between 8 and 20 days.

The shipping cost depends on the weight and destination.

Stock:

All items are subject to stock in the event of failure of the stock of a product, it will inform the customer the time delay for a decision if you want to wait or that he may be paid the money.

Returns:

Our policy, in compliance with current legislation, is to grant the right to return any tissue within 7 days from the date of receipt. Any item returned to normal (no signs of having been tampered with) will be accepted. Tejidospulido.com agrees to a refund within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the return. Before you return, you must notify info@tejidospulido.com and tell you how you can send the order. Advance notice is essential and we cannot accept returns due to shipping. The minimum order will be 10 € + transport and tissue sold in fractions of 5 cm from 30 cm.

Payment:

There are three different payment methods: Payment in advance, on delivery and cash.
