This is sold on a service exchange basis. you will be charged the amount shown initially when ordering the item, with the goods will be a service exchange sheet. On return of the exchange item and the slip a credit of 40% will be given as long as the unit is suitable for exchange. Note: exchange parts must have the same part numbers as contained in our product code if they do not these parts will have a reduced credit of typically 15%.

All credits will be processed within 30 days of  receipt. 

Credit will only be given if it is deemed to be a suitable exchange. Should any parts be missing, Calcutt Boats reserves the right to adjust the credit amount by the cost of the missing items.

All returned fuel injection pumps should be free-turning and have all control levers. Should the item not be a suitable exchange (such as goods beyond reasonable repair), Calcutt Boats will notify you. We will keep the goods for 30 days for you to collect, after which we will dispose of them at our discretion.
