Cancellation of an Order for which a Confirmation Email had been issued

Is only permitted BEFORE the Oil is pumped into the Customer’s Tank.

In exceptional circumstances when Notice of Cancellation is received

E.g. Short Notice OR Contact with our Driver is interrupted

The Delivery will be completed as per the submitted Order.
