Adjustable Focus Heavy Duty Heatsink / Laser Diode Housing for 5.6mm Diodes with Fan

Cools a 2W M-140 diode no problem.
Functionally, the housing is well designed with vent holes for the fan going through the heatsink which is rarely found on other similar products. This way the heatsink does not block 95% of the air flow. Also, there is a standard camera mount thread on the bottom, so you can mount your laser to a tripod, and 6 other smaller mounting threads underneath. This is not mentioned in the description at the time of writing this review but it may be useful to you.
Why not 5 star? Unfortunately, the finish on the aluminium is quite low quality and has marks and scratches on it out of the box. The manufacturing process does not seem to have very tight tolerances, though this is purely aesthetic.
Overall, this housing is very good value considering it includes everything you need. I personally have ordered a dozen of these in the past and have always being greatly satisfied. Not to mention OdicForce provides very fast delivery within the UK and has great customer support.
