Corn Salad Granon naturally nurtured seed

Sown in spring - initially these seeds germinated within a few days, but then seemed to come to a standstill for several weeks. After that, they did grow gradually and I was able to harvest leaves about 3 months after sowing. They weren't prolific, but tasted nice, so although we enjoyed them, they were not ideal for impatient gardeners like us who want a quick salad crop. I think I'll try some more sowed in the autumn in the hope that they might grow more robustly in cooler conditions!(?)
